1. Shipping

Orders placed on www.krys-official.com will generally be delivered in Italy and Europe in 3-5 working days from the order date.

Shipping estimates for most items are based on orders placed by 11:00 CET Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). If your order was placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will begin processing it on the next business day.

During holidays, shipping times may be slightly extended.

As required by Italian laws, all shipments are accompanied by an invoice which declares the value of the individual items.

If the recipient refuses the delivery, all transport costs and/or customs duties will be responsability of the customer and the customer will not be entitled to refunds.

Free delivery on all orders over € 200

1.2 Standard Shipping Rate

The following rates will apply to orders under €200:

  • Italy, Europe and United Kingdom €12
  • Rest of the world €50

Please note that duties and taxes are the customers’ responsibility.

2.RETURNS

2.1 Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order before shipping is confirmed, please email us at info@krys-official.com. We will cancel your order immediately and fully refund your payment. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you via email. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the order must be treated as a return.

2.2 Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

At Krys we are proud to offer customers a level of service equal to the quality of our products. All goods are checked before shipping. However, should you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible.

If you wish to return/exchange your purchase, you must notify us at info@krys-official.com within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving the goods. In the event of a return, any shipping costs incurred by the customer will be refunded only if the product is defective or incorrect. The refund will be made only after we have received the goods and verified whether the defect is genuine. In any other circumstances, all new shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

All return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

2.3 Conditions

Non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Goods must be returned in the same salable condition in which they were received.

If you return items purchased during a promotion with a free gift, the free gift must also be returned to be eligible for a full refund.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not responsible for goods lost in transit.
